Looking for a “Lock & Leave” Property???

One of the most sought after property types here in Central Florida is a “Lock & Leave”. For those of you unfamiliar with this term, it is a property that can be easily locked up and left while the owners go back to their primary residences or do extensive traveling. These properties require little to no maintenance on the part of the owners and are located in areas considered safe enough to be unoccupied for extended periods of time.

I attended a broker event last week hosted by Del Webb, a local homebuilder. They are closing out their community called The Promenade at Bella Trae in Championsgate. This community has a wonderful location just a few mikes from Celebration, FL. There are multiple championship golf courses nearby including the 3 courses at Reunion Resort. You also have the golf course located just next door at the Omni Orlando Resort. If you like to do the theme parks, you are only exit away on I4 from Walt Disney World and just about 25 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.

Bella Trae offers peace of mind for its owners by having a manned guard entrance. They also have a Lifestyle Director, putting green, billiards room, bocce ball courts, resort style heated pool and spa, private fitness center, and 12,500 sure foot clubhouse. Plus every unit comes with a garage allowing residents to leave a vehicle or sporting equipment here for when they come.

They currently have 3 floor plans available ranging in size from 1438 Sq. Feet to 1797 Sq. Feet.  Prices start at $162,770, and the finishes can’t be beat for this price range.  If you have any questions or would like a list of pricing and availability, please feel free to contact me anytime at jana@homesbynectar.com or 321-697-8230.The Prmoenade at Bella Trae is close to everything!
