Navigate 2016

Last week, we had the distinct pleasure to attend the first ever Leverage Global Partners Retreat, Navigate 2016, in Los Angeles. I love my job and feel lucky to able to say this, but I can say without a doubt that being with all of these stellar professionals certainly revved up my drive for success.

Over the course of two days, I listened to several top performers in their distinctive markets talk about how they have reached the level of success they now enjoy. One thing that struck me as a common theme with many of them was that they admitted that had tried many tactics, marketing ideas, etc at some point in time that did NOT work. The had failed on a small scale several times before finding what worked for them. Success is rarely obtained by getting it all right the first time. Instead it is a culmination of failures and hard work accompanied by perseverance.
