Apple Nachos

Arrange the sliced apples on a plate, melt the peanut butter by heating it and then drizzle over apples. To make it more exciting sprinkle some shredded coconut or chocolate chips.

Arrange all healthy and refreshing food on a plate for kids to enjoy. Add their favorite fruits and vegetables it will make the snack more interesting.

Fruit Popsicles

Add fruit slices on popsicle mold filled with coconut water sweetened with honey or maple syrup. Insert stick, freeze, and enjoy.

Watermelon On A Stick

Slice the watermelon and insert a popsicle stick into the rind, to make it more refreshing you can put this inside your fridge ahead of time before handing it to kids for their snacks.

Banana Ice Cream

Put the peeled, sliced, and frozen bananas into a blender or food processor until the texture is the same as ice cream. You can add their favorite fruit to add color and flavor for them to enjoy it more.

Side a popsicle stick into your favorite sliced and peeled kiwi then freeze.
